Analyst questions are AI questions asked across your retained changes. Market readouts interpret your current baseline and have a separate allowance. Cached results and standard evidence summaries use no readout allowance. Paid readout allowances reset on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC; the trial includes three successful readouts in total. There are no automatic overage charges.
Limits are enforced where the work runs — at source creation and before each scheduled check. Downgrades and expired trials pause excess monitoring automatically; history is retained for the periods published in our privacy policy. Scoutmark never changes a subscription without you.
One disclosed prepayment equal to ten monthly payments — two months free. Same limits as monthly. It renews yearly through the payment provider unless cancelled.
Monitoring, new AI work, and new sharing pause. Trial portal and report links stop working at expiry, including copied links. Nothing is charged automatically, because no card is taken at signup. Trial expiry does not delete retained work; it remains in the account under our retention policy. To share again, upgrade, then explicitly resume sharing when you are ready — old links do not reopen on payment alone. The trial includes one live portal.
Market readouts and AI drafts each have their own allowance: during the trial, 3 readouts and 5 drafts; then 20, 40 or 100 readouts and 30, 75 or 150 drafts per UTC month on Starter, Growth or Scale. Only successful results count. At the limit, monitoring, alerts and your own writing continue; drafting resumes when the allowance resets. There are no automatic overage charges.
Monitoring pauses and history is kept for the retention periods published in our privacy policy. While that data is retained, resubscribe and pick up where you left off. Plan changes run through the secure billing portal, with proration shown before you confirm.
