Pricing
Price the intelligence operation, not another page-checking tool.
Every plan includes meaningful-change detection, decision briefs, evidence-grounded Analyst inquiries, scheduled Analyst Watches, an accountable Decision Ledger with post-decision impact reviews, reusable Decision Playbooks, and Decision Radar matches with shared triage, direct team handoffs, and bundled operator briefings, plus Market Pulse, executive reports, and health evidence. Paid plans add faster watch cadence, larger playbook libraries, recurring delivery, branded reports, protected client portals, team capacity, and automation, with monthly billing or one annual prepayment equal to ten monthly payments.

Plan rules
Limits are enforced where the work runs.
DriftWatch checks plan caps when monitors are created or edited, and again before cron runs due checks. Downgrades and expired trials pause excess monitoring automatically. Impact reviews inherit Decision Ledger access without a second completion quota. Playbook publication and restoration enforce the active library cap transactionally; retired patterns and retained uses never consume capacity. Decision Radar uses that same governed library; assignment, bounded snooze, and direct handoff delivery add no separate queue, email, or briefing quota. Healthy paid Starter and Growth workspaces receive exact capacity evidence before any next-tier guidance; DriftWatch never changes a subscription automatically. Monthly and annual billing carry the same product limits; annual billing prepays one year at the disclosed total.
Billing FAQ
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Use the secure billing portal from the billing page after your subscription is active. The payment provider shows any proration before you confirm.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges one disclosed prepayment equal to ten monthly payments. It includes the same plan limits and renews yearly through the payment provider unless cancelled.
What happens if I cancel?
Your monitors pause and your history is kept. Resubscribe anytime to pick up where you left off.
Do trial users get Slack alerts?
Yes. Trial users can use Slack and AI summaries within the trial monitor and frequency limits.
Can changes trigger our own automation?
Yes. Paid plans include signed outbound webhooks for detected changes, monitor failures, and recoveries, with retries and delivery history.
Is the $149 Launch Package a subscription?
No. It is a one-time setup service. Continued checks, alerts, reports, and retained history require a separate trial or paid plan.
How is the Managed Intelligence Sprint different from the Launch Package?
The $149 package configures up to five pages and hands the workflow to you. The $2,500 sprint is a 45-day analyst-managed engagement covering five competitors, up to 25 public pages, interpreted weekly briefs, and a final evidence pack. It creates no automatic renewal.
