For Procurement
Bring the source to the supplier conversation.
Keep a dated record of your suppliers' public prices, plans and terms, and walk into each renewal knowing what changed.
The work
Suppliers change list prices, plan limits and terms between renewals, and you often find out from the invoice. Scoutmark watches the public pages you choose, so the negotiation starts from what the supplier published, and when.
A typical workflow
Capture public supplier information
Choose supplier pricing, plan, terms-of-service and policy pages, and group them by supplier or category. Their first captures give you a dated starting point.
Inspect relevant changes
Legal and policy pages alert on even small wording changes; pricing pages flag changes to stated prices. Compare the captured wording with the generated interpretation before acting.
Record follow-up
Draft a supplier report narrative with AI from selected evidence, then review and edit it before sharing. Assign a follow-up, such as renegotiating before the next renewal, and keep the supporting evidence with it. Any resulting commercial outcome remains human-reported.
Boundary
Public website terms may differ from your negotiated contract. Scoutmark does not inspect private agreements or determine their legal effect.
Do I need a detected change first?
No. After a successful first capture, you can use the retained evidence to prepare sales guidance or a report.
What does captured evidence establish?
It establishes what was captured from the selected public source at that time. It does not verify the source's claims or show activity outside the retained record.
How long is the free trial?
14 days with 5 monitored pages. No card is required, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
Can we monitor private supplier portals?
Scoutmark monitors selected public pages. Authenticated supplier portals and private contract repositories are outside this monitoring workflow.
