Refund Policy

This policy separates subscription cancellation from refunds for the Launch Package and Managed Intelligence Sprint.

Effective and last updated July 29, 2026

1. How to request a refund

Contact the support address published on the live service within 14 days after the charge you want reviewed. Include the account email, invoice or receipt identifier, offering purchased, and reason. Do not send card numbers or authentication credentials.

This policy does not limit mandatory refund, cancellation, or withdrawal rights that apply under law. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. The payment processor and payment institution determine when the credit appears.

2. Subscriptions

  • The seven-day trial has no payment charge and therefore no amount to refund.
  • Monthly and annual subscriptions renew at the cadence and total shown before Checkout. Cancel through the secure billing portal before renewal to prevent the next charge.
  • Cancellation normally preserves access through the paid period and does not automatically refund unused time, including unused time in an annual term.
  • Duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, billing errors, and a material service failure that the operator cannot reasonably remedy are eligible for review.

3. $149 Launch Package

The Launch Package is a one-time configuration service. A cancellation requested before setup work begins is eligible for a full refund. After work begins, the operator may refund the undelivered portion. After the configured handoff is completed, the purchase is non-refundable except where the delivered scope materially differs from the accepted order and the operator cannot reasonably correct it.

The package does not renew and does not include a continuing DriftWatch subscription.

4. $2,500 Managed Intelligence Sprint

The Managed Intelligence Sprint begins only after scope acceptance and payment. A full refund is available before the 45-day service window or delivery work begins. After work begins, the accepted proposal controls cancellation and any refund of undelivered work. No automatic renewal is created.

5. Exclusions and abuse

Refunds are not provided merely because a monitored third-party page did not change, a source blocked access, generated analysis did not produce a preferred business outcome, the account was unused, or access was suspended for a material breach. The operator may deny duplicate, fraudulent, abusive, or chargeback-related requests to the extent allowed by law.

6. Relationship to other terms

The Terms of Service govern billing and service use, and the Privacy Policy explains payment-data handling. If an accepted one-time-service proposal contains more specific cancellation terms, that proposal controls for that service.
