The verified support address is published when live payments are enabled.
Account and monitoring help
Include your account email, the affected monitored URL, the approximate time, and the message shown by DriftWatch. Do not send passwords, magic links, API keys, or page credentials.
Billing and refunds
Include the invoice or receipt identifier and the account email. Cancellation and refund eligibility are described in the Refund Policy. Never send full card details.
Security reports
Describe the affected route, observed behavior, and reproduction steps without accessing another customer's data or disrupting the service. Mark urgent security reports clearly in the subject line.
