A typical workflow
Organize client evidence
Give each client its own client-account portfolio, keeping its sources, contacts and reports apart while you manage every client from one workspace.
Compose and review the report
Select the evidence, then write the interpretation and recommendations yourself. Scheduled reports wait for your review unless you explicitly choose automatic publication.
Publish and collect responses
Publish a fixed version to the client's portal, where the client can acknowledge it, ask for follow-up or sign it off. Before a renewal or quarterly review, send a client value review of what you delivered.
Boundary
Portal access can be protected and revoked. Report opens, stakeholder acknowledgments and reported business results remain distinct evidence.

What does captured evidence establish?
It establishes what was captured from the selected public source at that time. It does not verify the source's claims or show activity outside the retained record.

Reports carry your name, accent colour and footer. Starter and Growth are co-branded; on Scale you can also hide "Powered by Scoutmark". Logo upload and custom domains are not available.
